How many times have you sewn a collar or placket in the traditional manner, right sides together, flip to the inside, pin the living daylights out of the un-sewn edge, and topstitch from the right side, only to have MAJOR portions of it not caught by the topstitching? I was delighted to be able to wear my newest, latest recycled t-shirt maxi dress (yes, I am still obsessed).
