Friday, January 17, 2014. Coconut Rice (Kobbari Annam). Rice - 500 gms. Oil - 2 spns. Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 spns. Cinnamon - 1 inch. Jeera Powder - 2 spns. Dhaniya - 2 spns. Clean and soak rice in water for 15 minutes. Heat ghee and oil in a cooking vessel on medium heat, add Cinnamon stick, cloves, elachi and fry for few seconds. Tuesday 3 April 2012. Kala chana - 1 cup. Corn flour - 1 spoon. Rice flour - 2 spoons. Red chilli powder - 1 spoon. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 spoon. Coriander powder - 1 spoon. Garam masala - 1/2 spoon. Curry leave - 10-15. Soak the kala chana over night. Drain the water completely and keep aside. Mix all the ingredients except oil.
