She was built in Taiwan under the supervision of the designers son, George Stadel Jr., a naval architect and marine engineer, over a period of 4 years, 1980 to 1984. I'm back in Reno and am slaving away at writing the last couple of posts about my summer adventures. Ok not really, I'm trying to adjust to non-sailing life.
