All Hands On Deck. Adventures on land and at sea. How this all started. A nice sail from Grand Manan to Saint John. We went “over the falls” yesterday evening without a problem. The timing has to be right for the balance of tides and the river’s flow to eliminate the otherwise boiling falls. I don’t really understand it but I’m glad the water was flat when we passed through. I can’t believe it’s almost time to head back down the coast! Hopefully we can hit up some of the spots we missed on or way up.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies. June 10, 2011. Flourless anything is awesome, right? And there are many good flourless pb cookie recipes out there. I was inspired by this blog post. Comparing 2 great recipes - so I based this recipe loosely on the winning cookie. If you know me, you'll know that I make things as tasty. Healthy as possible (I walk the line) so these are just about as healthy as non-healthy tasting cookies can be. 1 1/3 c roasted Spanish peanuts. 5 Tbps muscovado sugar. 1/2 tsp baking soda.
