Friday, March 18, 2011. 好久好久都没有更新我的部落格了．这一来就是上来报喜啦：）. 下个星期的今天就是我出嫁的日子了．现在的心情好复杂，即期待又希望那一天不要那么快到． 一生中最重要的一天即将到来，每天都想象着当天会是怎样的情景．．． 这一段筹备的日子又喜又忧．原本以为把婚礼选在周末方便亲戚朋友来．但最终或许我的面子不够大，很多人都不能来．很多以前的同事邀请了都不来，心有点难受，再想想可能人家已经忘记我了，而我却还像跟这些曾经瞒谈的来的同事分享喜悦．这也要我问了几次才告诉我不来了．心中一阵凉凉的．．．．这样也好让我知道人是善变的你把人家当朋友不一定人家也一样那么想． 让我难过得流眼泪的不过是自己的亲戚也是这般，大家因为上学工作都一一说不来了．天啊我一看到这种信息不自觉地红了鼻子眼泪就流下来了． 收拾好心情做个开心漂亮的新娘． 希望接下来的一切都会顺顺利利． . Wednesday, October 20, 2010. 餐廳食評(16) 港島廳 ：精緻粵菜代表之一 v( o )v. 前兩天在Facebook上見EE和小Meg談起港島廳的炸子雞，痕癢，馬上無比膏。 酥皮香甜，包身輕軟，餡料嫩美，好吃！ 充滿蛋香，肉餡軟熟多汁，只嫌餃皮腍了一點；墊底的鮑魚味道鮮濃，口感爽嫩，出色！ 表皮較厚，但沒關係，反正主角是蟹肉，皮厚更能保持餡料的濕潤。 脹卜卜的蟹蓋，包含了澎湃的鮮拆蟹肉，味道鮮甜豐濃，口感細嫩Creamy，大滿足！ 為這個而來，卻有點失望。皮仍然薄，卻沒有上次的香脆；肉依舊醃得美味，質感就未及細嫩，感覺上也偏油。 碟底油漬不少，整體水準也比第一次吃到的遜色，未知這和半隻上有否關係。 這個比起上次也差了丁點。還是充滿蝦醬的鹹香，味道絕對出色，但肥肉都份偏多，瘦肉部份帶爽，只是沒上次的軟熟。 個人十分愛喝清湯，這個雖然沒有多少蟹的味道，但湯頭十分醇美清澈，當肉湯來喝，也喜歡。 如果沒有第一次的比較，這頓飯還是吃得稱心滿意的，大家也必定會再回來。 評分：v( 0 )v. 溫暖，滿有蛋及奶香ʌ...
