Homeward Bound in Oz. Amy and Daniel had a ball catching and eating these squid they were a good size too. Amy with a fish she caught with a stick, line and a hook, no flash rods for this little girl. From the Flinders Group our next overnight stop was at Fitzroy Island where we tried to have a look at the aboriginal rock art but couldn't get ashore due to low tide, reef and the swell, maybe next time. The beautiful Watons Bay. Like Father Like Daughter. The not to bad view from the top of Cook's Lookout.

June Amy was more excited than anyone, from months she has be asking “how long till Fluff gets here? 8221; and for the last fortnight she has been marking off a calendar that she had made. Finally after all the wait Amy ran up and jumped all over Kathleen. Finally has her sister back. Amy looking after a very sick Kathleen on the first night across the gulf. On the way to town.

This is only a quick update of the trip as we know a few people are keeping an eye on it. Hope you enjoy. Well we made it to Melbourne to catch the ferry the Spirit Of Tasmania for our holiday. The kids were excited. We had 2 cabins to sleep in, the boys and the girls as we had an overnight trip. We had dinner on board and settled down for the night after an explore of the ship. At the camp ground at Macquarie. Heads Which is the entrance of Macquarie. This was the beginning. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Making our way down to Hummocky Island (Engineer Group). From here we sailed into the wind which wasn’t very comfortable to Hummocky Island in the Engineer Group well worth a visit the people here made us feel very welcome. We had our first Cray fish for the trip as fresh as they come. Our first feed of Cray fish and they went down really well, YUMMY! Michael and Penwell carving which they did for hours. Amy with some of her friends what a location. We signed the first visitors book we were the 4th yacht...

Monday, November 1, 2010. Hey you, wanna catch up? I know I've been ignoring this little place. I've been putting 1000% in to getting my other blog. Up and running. I also started school again 5 weeks ago, which has a been taking up a bit of my time. I'm also a nanny for this little girl. Diving almost every weekend, and afterward we would go post up on a sandbar, go swimming and enjoy some beverages. Now the gulf has gotten shockingly cold in just the span of a couple of weeks. But the wind is p...Obses...

Buy us a beer. Since purchasing Saltheart in 2006, we have had 2 one year cruises on her. In 2007 we sailed up the coast of Queensland to the Louisiade Archipelago in PNG. Then in 2013 we sailed around to Darwin before joining the Darwin to Ambon Race to explore the Maluku Islands. Since that time she has been on the hard at Swan Bay Marine on the Richmond River near Ballina, NSW. In 2016 we decided to make her great again for another cruise in 2018.
