A Life of My Own. I went to RSCM from my husband's office and so the trip was not that far. Just what I needed, a relaxed and short-distance trip for a first time four o'clock radiotherapy. Fifteen minutes after my arrival, the nurse checked my blood pressure. It was 198/108. I didn't feel dizzy, no head pains either. 'You are probably still tired from the trip. Let's wait another hour,' the nurse said. The level did not go down after another hour. I had one last check-up and the result was 135/70.

A Life of My Own. I arrived earlier for my four-o'clock appointment at the hospital. It was at 15.10. My blood pressure today was better than the last. And this time the nurse was quite aware that I have to get that pressure by the manual tool, not the digital one. As soon as I arrived, she got my pressure and my pulse. It's 145/70! I knew that I must have done something good in my lifetime. You have. Loads of em. Get well soon, mba. Geçmis olsun kata org sini mah. Hope to see you soon insya Alloh.
