Tuesday, December 25, 2012. We had another great Christmas at home! Santa brought Macy the dollhouse she had been begging for. She was beyond happy! Kamryn got Ninjago legos and Grant got a wagon. I got Jeremy a gift certificate to go golfing since he hasn't been in a long time. He got a new sleeping bag for his camping trips. My mom and I got matching boots. Tuesday, December 18, 2012. Kamryn had a Grandparents Day celebration at her school. Since none of her grandparents could attend, I went and filmed her singing her songs. She, and the rest of the second graders did a great job! My family came to visit for my birthday. Kamryn always enjoys playing the Wii with Uncle Dan. We went to dinner at PF Changs and then I got to open presents from my family. We went to the Midway museum and looked at the ship and aircraft. We had a fun time with them.

And yet when they start up and I'm driving a long slow stretch of construction out on Standford Ranch road, I have a terrible urge to scream out F and drive the car at full speed into the concrete barriers just to get some peace. For example, Stargardt's Disease is not Usher Syndrome (total blindness and deafness). Stargardt's disease is not Alzheimer's Disease, a brain tumor, or a death sentence. Sunday, September 22, 2013. Mom had an unusual pillow. She preferred a small pillow made of squishy down feathers. She said that was the kind she had growing up. Anyway, it always smelled just like Georgio perfume (just like her). So if she were gone and I missed her, I would hop in her bed and squish her pillow in my face and it would be comforting to me.
