Rebirth of Fiber: January 2010
http://rebirthoffiber.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
A place to read and shake your head afterwards. Wednesday, January 20, 2010. Video Games Ruin Lives. Imagine this. You go home after a hard day's work at the computer lab that you work at. You are exhausted, and just want to immerse yourself in a brain-dead activity that is rewarding in its own ways, but ultimately is still unproductive. So you turn on your Xbox 360, and play a few games. As all video gamers know, a few games turn into a few hours. Video games will numb the pain. Sunday, January 10, 2010.

Rebirth of Fiber: Day 2
http://rebirthoffiber.blogspot.com/2011/09/day-2.html
A place to read and shake your head afterwards. Saturday, September 10, 2011. I didn't think I'd update this daily, but I guess I'm the early riser here. Never thought I'd say that. We didn't do too much yesterday, as we were still adjusting to the time difference and often felt tired throughout the day. We ate lunch at the Palace cafe too. I basically paid 11 euros for a tuna sandwich, limonade, and Pellegrino. But I have also stopped caring about cost so bring it on. Grilled salmon with green beans.

Rebirth of Fiber: May 2010
http://rebirthoffiber.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
A place to read and shake your head afterwards. Wednesday, May 26, 2010. In the last 7 days, I have ordered nine albums using the webz. I don't know why. It makes me feel warm because it's cold outside? Maybe I'm prepping for music EVENTS IN THE SUMMER. Music's good for you anyway, I can skip a few meals to listen to good stuff. Don't get me wrong though - I used coupons for all of these, or scoped out deals, with one exception. LCD Soundsystem - This is Happening (Amazing, by the way). I was thankful th...

Rebirth of Fiber: April 2010
http://rebirthoffiber.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
A place to read and shake your head afterwards. Monday, April 12, 2010. I guess that's all I really have to say. I think this feeling becomes more frequent as you get older. Pretty soon, it's just jogging around that tires you out. Before long, it's walking around with your kid. And someday, walking down stairs (not up, because I'm already there) is going to exhaust me. Next time I go to a show with lots of younger teens I'm going to eat a Powerbar beforehand. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Copy - Hard Dream.

Rebirth of Fiber: November 2009
http://rebirthoffiber.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
A place to read and shake your head afterwards. Sunday, November 22, 2009. Slow anticipation for Black Friday. Thanksgiving is coming. In elementary school you learn why Thanksgiving is celebrated, but for the rest of your life, you learn that this was a lie, just like everything else was. The holiday is celebrated for eating, drinking, football, and Black Friday. 2 Watch people in line. Nobody is your friend. That seemingly old man with the respirator? 5 Wear athletic shoes. The last thing you need ...

Rebirth of Fiber: December 2009
http://rebirthoffiber.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
A place to read and shake your head afterwards. Thursday, December 3, 2009. State of the Youth. You know exactly what I mean. The 13-year old kid in front of you playing with his iPhone. The 12-year old girl with her Facebook, Myspace, and Twitter open. The fact that she's doing this on her netbook. In Starbucks. During school hours. The 11-year old boy using emoticons on his writing assignments and words like xZEWTFIBOx. These are all signs of the general decline of youth. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Rebirth of Fiber: March 2010
http://rebirthoffiber.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
A place to read and shake your head afterwards. Sunday, March 21, 2010. Again, sifted from Zobo's clever blogs. Review of the term's albums. I returned to my frequent cd-buying habits this past winter term. After all, winter term is largely hibernation, sleeping, and drifting off mentally to heavenly sounds. This one's going to be more musically in-depth, well, because I know the audience who actually looks at this knows what I'm talking about. Four Tet - There is Love in You. The xx - xx. The Besnard La...

Rebirth of Fiber: June 2010
http://rebirthoffiber.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
A place to read and shake your head afterwards. Sunday, June 20, 2010. The past of tuneage. This past term, I signed up for a class entitled "New Media Futures." Essentially, the first 8 weeks of class consisted of videos and websites as shown in class by the professor (apparently he's been doing this class for 7 years), and after all the feedback and suggestions over the years, he's settled on showing videos for 50 minutes, 3 times a week. For the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame. Listening because there were ...

Rebirth of Fiber: September 2010
http://rebirthoffiber.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
A place to read and shake your head afterwards. Wednesday, September 29, 2010. I found my old blog finally, and decided to post one of the better entries from it, from June 4, 2007. This was where fiber was birthed. Today, a friend commented that my blog had gotten lame. Perhaps. I did feel that lately, I've been too occupied with school and other things to care about updating and making quality blogs. But that would go against my original purpose, so I must revert. It was his fault anyway. Twin Shadow -...
