Sunday, May 1, 2011. Holidays are so fun now that Cooper is older and gets excited. We dyed eggs on Friday evening and no one spilled any dye but me. Hank stripped Coop down to his diaper and buckled him in his chair- we weren't taking any chances! This egg he is proudly showing has shrink-wrapped plastic with puppies and kitties on it. Kaden enjoyed all the excitement and watched very intently from my lap. Enjoying his malt egg. Look at all those purdy eggs! Posted by Hank and Emily. Jen and Samuel Shipp.

He took his first (three) steps about a month ago, but just this week he's decided that he really likes to walk as a form of transportation. He does a great job too. He's not too steady yet, but he pops right back up when he falls down! Posted by Hank and Emily. But the rest of the kiddies were really excited! Idaho, United Sta...

Sunday, April 17, 2011. Cooper is all about basketball right now. Whenever we draw pictures, he wants a basketball and a hoop and Cooper, in that order! Cooper loves to get packages (who doesn't? And yells for a knife as soon as he has brought it inside from the porch. Grandma Debbie sent him these sweet puddle-jumping boots a few weeks ago. They have definitely come in handy this spring. These two are going to be best buds I think. Yup, I think he's ready to go! Kaden is five months old! Subscribe to: P...

Saturday, March 13, 2010. Jamie and I got together a week or two ago and made bread. The kids played really well together. They even shared their toys nicely! Ashley and I have been getting together once a week and it is so much fun! Cooper and Hadley are great friends. Some days they play better than others, but it usually goes pretty well. Coop enjoys having someone to play with besides his mom and dad! Cooper has started to lay his head down all the time! Posted by Hank and Emily. Jen and Samuel Shipp.

Tuesday, December 1, 2009. Cooper started crawling on the 18th of November and he is a pro at it now. It is amazing how fast babies learn and develop. He now pulls himself up on his knees and is quite the little explorer now! Sorry the video is sideways! Posted by Hank and Emily. We spent a week in California for Thanksgiving and it was a blast! The donut shop just down the boardwalk is open 24 hours a day and they have delicious fresh donuts. I probably gained 10 pounds! We rented a wheel chair for Gran...

Monday, February 21, 2011. Cooper celebrated his 2nd birthday on the 29th of Jan. We blew a lot of balloons up the night before so he would know in the morning it was a special day. He went crazy when he saw all of them. It was fun. I made Cooper a train cake this year. I got the idea off of the Betty Crocker website and since Cooper isn't a huge fan of cake, but LOVES candy, I thought this would be a good cake for him. Toot! Lets see. wheels first, then. I will try some of these candy corns, then. Coope...

Sunday, July 4, 2010. We have had such a cold spring this year, but it hasn't stopped us for going outside to work. Coop loves to be in the middle helping with whatever we our doing. Cooper loves loves loves to be outside. He especially likes to hang out in Hank's shop and play with all the tools. He doesn't mind wearing his hat which makes me happy. He is a busy boy! Coop would rather be in the toy box where he has access to all his toys. Cooper and Hadley at the zoo. That's a big "bawk bawk.".

http://hankandemily.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Saturday, June 25, 2011. We made a long, long trip to Seattle (13 hours) last weekend to go visit Aunt Brandy. Papa and Grandma Gale made the trip with us. Cooper is sitting on the famous bronze pig at Pike's Market where they throw the fish. We visited Hank's Aunt Susie who also lives in Seattle. She had all sorts of neat toys for the boys to play with that she had found at yard sales, just for them. Aunt Brandy bought Coop a bubble gun that he had a grand time with. Posted by Hank and Emily.
