The Autogenic Technique is normally taught over ten sessions, which includes an initial consultation. The sessions may be one or two weeks apart. It can be taught individually or in groups. An individual session normally lasts approximately 50 minutes. A group session may last 90 minutes or more. Individual sessions cost 45 each, payable at each session. Groups (2 to 6 persons).
