A Seasonal Journey to a Sustainable Life
Ten Minutes, Eh? No edits. | Sandy Seeks...
https://sandystraw.wordpress.com/2014/10/02/ten-minutes-eh-no-edits
A Seasonal Journey to a Sustainable Life. Ten Minutes, Eh? This entry was posted on October 2, 2014, in Uncategorized. Ten minutes with no editing. I replay the experience of falling onto the forest floor, poop bag flying five feet in front of me. I land gracefully on the decomposed pine needles, but the echoing “pop” rattling from the trees above and the heat flooding to the injury prevents the tears from spilling from my eyes for a moment. A Seasonal Journey to a Sustainable Life. This entry was posted on December 20, 2013, in Food. Post a Week 2013. The whole foods plant based diet continues for the rest of the week. The lack of seasonal vegetables is terrible. No one should ever eat a mealy whitish pink tomato in December. White iceberg lettuce is not nutritious. I love the crunch but I have avoided iceberg for many years. Feel free to contribute tasty warm vegan meal ideas below in the comment section! December 26, 2013 at 1:21 pm.

A Seasonal Journey to a Sustainable Life. I still work with worms. This entry was posted on July 9, 2015, in Farm. Len Foote Hike Inn. My outside compost compost pile needs to be turned, but my inside compost pile needs harvesting! Fresh food scraps at the left of the bin; red wiggler worm castings and worms living on the right. Homemade sifter shown on the right side of photo. Moist shredded paper acts as bedding and allows for worms to breathe. Moving Day sign I used at the Len Foote Hike Inn’s w...

A Seasonal Journey to a Sustainable Life. Don’t Eat the Pizza. This entry was posted on December 29, 2013, in Healthy Living. Post a Week 2013. I have not eaten meat in 15 days. I avoided oils, excessive salts, and I was supposed to not have cheese. However, last week I splurged on cheese and crackers as an appetizer before my vegan tofu wrap I made over the weekend. It was delicious. Getting together with friends is wonderful. Eating Pizza is cheating. I justified eating vegetable pizza slices, ...This ...

Why am I Here? – Miss UnderStood

Everyone Has Their Story, This is Mine. The Songstress in Me. Why am I Here? Growing up, I have always wanted to be able to write something and be able to share it to the world. Maybe it was because of the reading influence that my Dad has on me. My Dad used to say that. 8220;He who reads a lot, knows a lot! After graduation, I went back to writing just in my journal again, just for my eyes to see. Until recently, I got this feeling of wanting to share. What’s on my Mind. Edible cities, edible homes. August 4, 2015. August 11, 2015. By Postcards Without Stamps. Have you ever heard about the philosophy of edible cities? It’s my greengrocer, some of you fellow bloggers, and my parents of course who remind me that we are not only consumers, but also growers and creators, capable of influencing our surroundings. If we always choose convenience, we become so one-dimensional, so plain and flat in knowledge and experiences that we are no longer interesting. Dr Immo Fiebrig ,.
