Life was sane before kids. Thursday, October 29, 2009. First day of documenting insanity. Jack must have felt really lousy! So today has been crazy. 2/3 of the kids have snot running down their faces constantly. 2/3 of the kids have fevers up and down. 1 child (no names) is hitting terrible 2's and is getting so sassy! Life was sane before kids. Sunday, November 29, 2009. Lots to be thankful for. Thanksgiving wasn't painfully busy as it usually is in years past. We decided this year to just spend it with Karee's family and then next year we will spend it with my family. It was so nice not to have to rush down to Cincinnati just to rush back up here. The kids got naps, we got our Christmas decorations out, etc. We have some pretty cute and smart kids which makes us very thankful around here. Thursday, November 19, 2009.

Life was sane before kids. Friday, March 19, 2010. My cast came off today and I couldn't be happier. It is so much easier to type, cook, change diapers, shower, etc. I am a tad stiff but the dr is putting me on a 2 week course of steroids and told me to keep using it and I should be good in a few weeks. Even though she insisted on helping me with most of it, in the end I managed to secure both the spoon and the yogurt container for my very own. Look Ma. I'm messy! But it sure did taste good. And then at lunch I did my very best at feeding myself berry applesauce. At this rate Mommy will need to give me a bath 3 times a day.

Thursday, January 14, 2010. 2 year well baby visit. I completely forgot in the other update to add that yesterday Sydney had her 2 year well baby visit at the pediatrician's office. She did really great, especially considering how much she hates going to doctor's. She had to get 2 shots and a finger prick to check for anemia, but all was good and she only cried briefly.
