Saturday, June 8, 2013. Porter's 2 Year Pictures. We had some pictures taken in March, right after Port turned 2. We got the disc a couple of weeks ago, and they are the sweetest things I've ever seen. I love every picture. The amazing Katie Mosley has captured some great pictures of him during his first year, and now with these 2 year old pictures. I can't wait to see what she does with Griffin too! Friday, August 2, 2013. The Best Summer Ever. I started to write a little about how this has been the best summer ever, but then I got really emotional, erased it all, and that's all I'll say about that for now. SO - here's a little update on the past 2 weeks. Porter LOVED it. Our church has VBS at night, so we headed off last week for him to learn about the armor of God in the Medieval theme each night. Monday, October 21, 2013. These boys are keeping us busy! Griffin is getting to that really fun stage where he wants to be in the middle of all the fun, and his sweet little personality is really starting to shine. And Porter is as funny as ever.so they keep us quite entertained.and tired! So I'm hoping for a little more sleep in the near future, but I'm so thankful for healthy boys who keep me busy and happy. Wednesday, June 23, 2010. Let the nursing begin. There are two words to describe my first few weeks of nursing classes.whirl-wind. The condensed version of my classes, though convenient, are CRAZY. Fortunately for me and my classmates today was the last day and all that stands in the way of us and freedom is two tests! One thing that has kept my sanity intact is World Cup! On that note, let's give it up to our soccer boys for their performance today and winning their group for the first time since 1930!

Monday, May 13, 2013. Well we are officially ready, or as ready as we can be, for Addalyn to get here! We are 11 days until our due date. My doctor thinks she will be here early, so we are just waiting on her arrival. I am 38 weeks now, but here she is at 37 weeks. This week she is the size of a pumpkin! Monday, July 1, 2013. Addy - 1 month. When you're nine months pregnant, everyone you see tells you how your life is about to change. But you really can't comprehend how different life will be! We are so in love with our little girl. Our world definitely revolves around her right now. She is already 6 weeks old, and she has grown so much. Tuesday, May 15, 2012. It has been really fun to decorate the house.but not so cheap! So I have really tried to find a good combo of using what we already had and bargain shopping for the little things. That's one reason I am really excited about the updates we've made to the guest room! Here it is when we moved in. And here it is with a little more coziness :). I am really obsessed with chalk paint.LOVE the fact that you can use it on top of any surface without sanding and stripping! Links to this post.
