Sunday, 30 September 2012. Hello, Its me, its been sooooo long, my apologies. A while ago I was playing with the Silhouette Software with a picture of a Campervan, my hubby, said it would look good in West Ham colours on a T Shirt, so with a bit of jiggery pokery, I bought some iron on vinyl in the appropriate colours and change the logo in the middle and voila, one West Ham Campervan T Shirt. My hubby loves it and wears it whilst watching his favourite team play! Is it just me or? Links to this post.

Sunday, 21 July 2013. T Shirt -Re-Size and The London Film and Comic Con. Recently we had a family day out to the London Film and Comic Con. My daughter is the enthusiast for all things Manga etc., It was a good day, lots of people were dressed in costume and we enjoyed seeing some Cosplay and memorabilia from various films. I love the look on this lady's face as she met Alien! We needed a rest at that point, but it was interesting). I did some research and found a really good tutorial on pinterest.

Sunday, 22 September 2013. Lanterns for a Silver Anniversary Party. It was my Brother and his wife's 25th Wedding Anniversary in August, and I offered to make some lanterns to hang around the garden. There was plenty of inspiration on the internet and Pinterest. However I decided to personalise the lanterns using my trusty Silhouette SD to make a stencil, and some etching cream to etch the design into the glass. Is it just me or? 22 September 2013 at 19:17. Sunday, 19 May 2013. Colour Blocked T Shirts. Whilst browsing the fabulous Pinterest recently I came across this blog post. For making your own Colour Block T-shirts which had been pinned, I dutifully re-pinned and went shopping. I bought my T shirts from H and M for £3.99 each. I have a colour block T shirt previous purchased also in H and M for £9.99 which I love and have worn to death. Please excuse my tubby tummy, I'm working on reducing it! Is it just me or? It's a tricky beast but I got stuck in and had a go. I was offered a 50's arm chair on Freecycle, described as a "wooden rocker that needed some attention" I was expecting a traditional rocking chair that maybe needed a bit of a rub down or fixing but no, we were faced with a bit of a nightmare. Friday, 29 March 2013. Kitchen work is alternating between fast pace changes and small almost unnoticeable changes. There's always plenty of dust and clearing up and I seem to be loading the car with rubbish on a daily basis to take to the tip. But we're getting there, slowly but surely. Sunday, 24 February 2013. A little freecycling upcycling. She didn't want the inside painting (thank god as its so fiddly) but the outside had a couple of under coats of matt emulsion and then 2 coats of a chalky finish paint.
