I was really moved by the doctors and nurses from Refuge International (the nonprofit organization that helps Guatemala) who gave up their own precious time and money to come help others. Many sacrifices were made this week, but many needs were met. After witnessing so many good deeds this week, I am reminded of the quote: “You can’t help someone else, without first helping yourself”. För ca 7månader sen så vägde jag 43kilo och kunde inte gå upp i vikt så då tog jag bort min P-stav och började med P-piller istället så idag väger jag 53kilo och är mycket piggare och är stolt över mig själv att jag inte är undernärd längre :).
