1900 – 1909. 1910 – 1919. July 18, 2014. 8 oz self raising flour,. 4 oz butter,. 3/4 cup of milk,. 1/2 teaspoon salt,. Grated rind of one orange. Cream the butter and sugar, add the eggs separately, and beat well in. When light add the grated orange peel and the milk. Then add the flour, sifted with the salt.
