Hello I love you. Goodbye. Friday, November 27, 2009. Today I realized that I believe in the Selective Gospel. This is not good. I'm pretty sure this not an actual term, but I'm christening it so. I state freely that the Gospel is for anyone, anywhere, anytime. But more specifically that tends to mean that the Gospel is only for people I tend to like. Remember those group of kids in school who where the social misfits, often outwardly awkward or quiet, insecure and shy? Nope the Gospel is not for them.

Bailey's all nicely snuggled away in my purse on my flight back home. I couldn't possibly put her in my suitcase! That's not a proper place for a bunny. Friday, 15 June 2012. Weight loss = 6lbs. Top of arm - no change. Chest - loss of 1 .5 inches. Waist - loss of 1 .5 inches. Hips - loss of 1 inch. Top of thigh - loss of 0.5 inch. How do I feel - Great. Was it worth it - Absolutely. A great kick start to stubborn weight - I did'nt have the time to do the 20 min workout each day, but if I had the results would have been even better! I know it's a cliche but I'm now in the next size trouser down (32 waist) which I could not even do up before I started.
