And I really wanted to like it! I followed the cooking directions: lightly fry in saucepan w/ two tablespoons of soy sauce. First of all, how do you heat soy sauce w/ oil and not have it clump? It was like my own little tar balls. But anyways, I got past the tar balls and started again and they turned out Be-A-U-tiful! So long, tempeh.
