http://treejoke.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, June 29, 2011. I am not erasing this blog because I am not trying to erase my past. Today I turned 31. 30 was simultaneously the best and worst year of my life. 31 is looking hopeful. We'll see where it goes from here. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Free To Be Me. It’s Thanksgiving, Your Family is Together! You should plan a craft! The New PostSecret Book. Shockingly Square: January 2010
http://treejoke.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 11, 2010. So I am cleaned up from Christmas and things around the house always seem rather flat and uninteresting after the holidays. I like things bright and gussied up. I have been contemplating a recent post by The Nester that you can see for yourself here. What to do. Oh what to do. Drastic measures were clearly called for in this situation. So I proceeded to take every accessory in the house and pile it on the dining room table in my melodramatic "I have lost my imagination" way.

Shockingly Square: November 2009
http://treejoke.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Saturday, November 14, 2009. This Girl Has a Budget! So, I have been WAITING to post this since I have been a slacker friend and not seen my buddy Sassy in over a month since her birthday! In my defense, she was working 2 overlapping jobs for a month and I am me. Not a good combo for the face-to-face relationship. What to get Sassypants? She has everything. A cute apartamento, cute Jocelyn, lots of shoes, and other than sleep there is nothing that girl needs. I went to Target and got some push pins. ...

Shockingly Square: May 2010
http://treejoke.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Friday, May 28, 2010. I think I should begin this post by stating that I am a shameless hussy of a bragger about my flowers. Now that it is getting so hot and most have faded I am reliving theirs and mine days of glory back in April. The roses made me want to cut down my trees *gasp* so they could be seen by everyone. I was a bad flower mommy and took the pictures of the bride's bouquet a week too late. Cape jasmine. I have never done a thing to it other than abuse it with neglect. Free To Be Me.

Shockingly Square: October 2009
http://treejoke.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 29, 2009. And checking it twice. Bowling pins - check! All I have left is the turkey. There is the cleaning and massive amounts of food, but the important things are in the trunk of my car. I might also mention that I got 10 used bowling pins for $5.03 at the local bowling alley. Much cheaper than 10, 3 Liter bottles of cola that have the potential to burst. Also, thanks to craigslist I am buying a turkey fryer for $25. Woo-hoo! Sunday, October 18, 2009. Curses and Chair Breakings.

Shockingly Square: Dedication
http://treejoke.blogspot.com/2009/09/hubs-in-middle-of-writing-his-masters.html
Tuesday, September 8, 2009. The hubs in the middle of writing his master's thesis. After subtle inquiry I have discovered that he has not dedicated it yet, or even decided if he is going to. . For some strange twist in logic the reasoning behind not putting a dedication in it is that it will be bound and go in the school library for all eternity. Which in my mind sounds like a perfect reason for a dedication, but who can understand these scholar types. . 5 - To my muse, Isabelle. . I love you my friend!

Shockingly Square: Birthday Sewing
http://treejoke.blogspot.com/2009/06/birthday-sewing.html
Wednesday, June 17, 2009. My niece Addison turned two last weekend! She is moving away, and I cannot imagine not being able to see her whenever I want. So for her birthday I wanted to do something special, something in my budget, and something that would show her one day how much she means to me. Which after the budget of 20 bucks pretty much meant I'd have to make her something. . Anywhoo, I was given a link to a sundress pattern that is just my speed at Habitual. You can find it here. I am hoping it fi...

Shockingly Square: Making the Cut
http://treejoke.blogspot.com/2010/03/making-cut.html
Saturday, March 6, 2010. I do not wear a watch. I know my schedule in my head. Ot at least, I used to be able to mentally keep my schedule. But now I have an internship with clients, a house cleaning job, a volunteer/job, a waiting tables job, and 2 classes. . Something needs to go before it is my mind. It might take a week or two, but I am hoping this will help. I do not know what else to cut, but when I am waiting for Spring Break to get the house clean something needs to go! Free To Be Me.
