If they were aware of our income disparity, they were certainly too polite to acknowledge it by treating me any differently than they would, say, the person making their coffee. Would be “that kid,” and now the poor thing is coming home with teeth marks on her arms and a note that she was provided “comfort and a cold pack.” What’s the expectation for your kid when it comes to stuff like that? Working tomorrow, and then Thursday, and off Friday, but working overnight Sat/Sun and Sun/Monday, then off Monday and back Tuesday. The joys of being a rotational shift worker. . Scott Morlin BBQ 101. Some tricks that I've learned through the years. It all started one hungry summer evening. I loved the smell of the briquettes as they would light and begin to burn. We would never use lighter fluid, my Dad used an electronic starter. I began my solo BBQ career using the same type of starter, but after going through 3 electric lighters in 1 month I quickly learned about the chimney starters. Rare 125°F-Well 160°F. 150°F (190°F Shoulder). Allow meats to marinade.
