Friday, April 22, 2011. Being an eleven-year-old girl has got to be the fucking hardest thing in the entire world. Being my eleven-year-old daughter can't make it any easier. I'm a hard ass with high expectations. Not to mention, being a military brat can't be easy either. Sure it's all we know, and it has its positives, but it isn't exactly the ideal situation for a highly sensitive girl like mine. We would never use lighter fluid, my Dad used an electronic starter. I began my solo BBQ career using the same type of starter, but after going through 3 electric lighters in 1 month I quickly learned about the chimney starters. Rare 125°F-Well 160°F. 150°F (190°F Shoulder). Allow meats to marinade.
