Thursday, April 22, 2010. Vanessa and Melissa of Missionary Chocolates. How/when did you become an artisan? My sister Melissa started playing around inthe kitchen one Christmas to see if she could create vegan truffles that would delight my Mom. The first round didn’t quite do it, but after a bit more trial and error, they really did become decadent taste experiences that I knew had to be marketed to the people of Portland! Irvington Artisan Market: Artisan Profile- Steve of A Second Helping
http://irvingtonartisanmarket.blogspot.com/2010/03/artisan-profile-steve-of-second-helping.html

Dog Gone Knitting: February 2009
http://doggoneknitting.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Friday, February 27, 2009. Well, we've recently had a bit of excitement in our house. Patrick was featured in a big article in the West Linn Tidings! It took up the whole first page of the Neighbors section! As some of you may know, Patrick works for Tanner Spring Assisted Living here in West Linn. He is the Activities Director there. He is so good at what he does, both because he really cares for the people and just because he know how to show everyone a good time. Anyhow, you can check out the article.
