As I mentioned in my last post, Owen and I traveled to the Gulf Coast with my family mid-May for a week long stay in Florida. Most of my life, we have always vacationed in the Carolinas/Atlantic, but I must say the Gulf beaches were BEAUTIFUL! The water was so clear and the sand was so white, it almost seemed like Mexico! I think this was our 5th or 6th time going this summer and it is pretty cute to see how much he is enjoying it now and is really aware of his surroundings. Owen got to feed the giraffe. They hired people to create cool shaped balloons for the kids at the party- they each got to have two made and Owen chose and monkey and a dinosaur. Here he is waiting patiently while they made them!
