To benefit from a little more daylight Bootcamp will start at 6.45pm*, on the corner of 60th and 5th Av in Central Park. If you cross the street we will be immediately next to that entrance by a streetlamp and a large tree just east of the Pond-you cant miss it. Expect high intensity circuit and interval training coupled with resistance and strength training for an overall body workout.
