Friday, June 25, 2010. We had lots of fun this summer at Art City Days. We took Porter to the carnival, the parade and fireworks and as usual he loved all of it. The entire time we were on the ferris wheel he kept on saying "Mommy it tickles my belly.". Getting a dragon painted on his face was probably his highlight of the week. She enjoyed destroying things while her mommy was busy packing up our apartment. Even a soldier in uniform can't deny their sweet little children. Monday, July 18, 2011. Knock knock guess who's there. I have the best husband in the world. No doubt about it. For my birthday he surprised me and flew my mom to San Antonio for 9 days! Wow the minute I saw her at my front door I started planning out our time together and thought we had plenty. Man was I wrong. Isn't it just so befuddling how time can fly by so fast when you don't want it to, and when you really are looking forward to something it seems like it takes forever to arrive? I love my mom!
