Heat for 3 minutes in microwave or scald on stove. 2 C Pumpkin purée. 2 1/2 tsp. salt. 2 tsp pumpkin spice. 1/2 tsp. allspice. Combine these ingredients well; add milk/shortening combination. 1/2 C Warm water. Combine and let rise 5 minutes. Add 3 C. Flour to wet ingredients; stir to combine. When yeast has risen sufficiently, add to rest of ingredients. Let rise to double size. 2 C Brown sugar.

Our neighbor gave Autumn an Easter basket and it just so happened that the day she gave it to Autumn she was wearing her halloween costume which was also given to her by Nancy. Then Saturday we went to Charlie's parents house and had an Easter dinner and egg hunt. It was fun to see the family and Autumn had a good time hunting the eggs that were all over the yard. Saturday, October 3, 2009. I can't believe how fast the 1st month has gone by! Gavin has been a good boy so far. He had a check up friday. He is already 11 lbs! Esp compared to his sister) Autumn is still loving her brother lots and asks to hold him multiple times a day and comes running when he cries. Autumn did scare me the other day, she picked him up off the floor and put him on the couch when i went to the bathroom. She said she did it because he had been crying. Always trying to help.

Chocolate Candy Bar Cake. 1 Swiss Chocolate Cake Mix (or German Chocolate)*. 1 8 oz Package Cream Cheese (softened). 1 cup Powdered Sugar. 10 Milk Chocolate Candy Bars with Almonds (I use Hershey Bars with Almonds, though you could really use any candy bar you want). 1 12 oz Container Cool Whip. 1 Make cake according to directions in three 8" cake pans and bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
