Seven Bum Kitchen: Cinnamon Rolls
http://sevenbumkitchen.blogspot.com/2014/10/cinnamon-rolls.html
He who eats alone chokes alone. Proverb. Soups and Salads and Sides. Sunday, October 5, 2014. I love to eat cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Last Christmas I decided to make them for breakfast, which meant eating a very late brunch. What the heck with the four and a half hours of assembling, kneading, waiting for dough to rise, more assembly, more waiting for rising, then baking? 3/4 c buttermilk, warm (but not hot). 6 T (or 3/4 of a stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled until warm. 1 1/4 tsp salt.

Fly Fishing Family: California and the 4th of July
http://flyfishfamily.blogspot.com/2014/07/california-and-4th-of-july.html
Sunday, July 13, 2014. California and the 4th of July. Our friends, the Hancocks, were going to be in California visiting their grandparents and invited us to come and spend some time with them. We drove to Riverside where Grandma and Grandpa Hancock live and the kids were so excited to see their friends. The next morning we headed for the beach! My kids can't remember ever seeing the ocean. The last time we went was when Quincy was about 3 months old. It was so much fun! Poor Bump started getting really...

Taking deep breaths: November 2009
http://garnyard.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 8, 2009. Nine reasons I love my Justin. 9 He is a talker just like me. He can go on and on about things he loves. Even if he doesn't love a subject, he can keep up a steady conversation about it! 8 He works hard to get things right. Let me tell you that he might complain the ENTIRE time, but he eventually figures everything out. Talk about persistence! 5 He is a very caring boy. He might fight with his siblings frequently, but he is always the first to stick up for them. 3 He can laugh!

Taking deep breaths: June 2009

Tuesday, June 23, 2009. So many people around us have had problems with their computers crashing. We knew it was only a matter of time - we all take a turn, right? Well, it is now our turn and it seems as though our hard drive has died a VERY painful death. Hopefully we can get some help fixing it soon so I can see how much stuff we have lost on our computer (I'm using the "business" laptop). So for now, we are just holding our breath that all will return back to normal. Very, very soon! Me and My Cowboy.

Taking deep breaths: Baseball
http://garnyard.blogspot.com/2010/07/baseball.html
Friday, July 23, 2010. We love baseball. I have to admit, though, it is nice that the season is over. It's nice not to have to drive to practices a few times a week and then games on top of that. I'm glad that my boys love to play. Justin loved playing. He usually played third, short or outfield. However, there were times where he was pitcher. He liked that a lot. It is so fun to watch my guys doing stuff that they love. Now they are gearing up for fall soccer. Wish me luck! View my complete profile.

Taking deep breaths: October 2009
http://garnyard.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 28, 2009. The snowy weather brought some fine feathered visitors to our neighborhood yesterday. There were hundreds all over the houses! The birds were in our backyard and front yard at the same time. I love it when the birds take over the yards - it is so cool and creepy.like they are picking out just the right moment to take over the world! Now comes the challenge of finding time to carve them before Halloween! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Me and My Cowboy.

amylouwhosews: Sew and Tell
http://www.amylouwhosews.com/p/sew-tell.html
New to sew and tell? Glad you are joining us! The more the merrier I always say. Here are two posts I have written about the whys of sew and tell: a survey. And re-instituting the rules. Sew and Tell started out as a little challenge amongst friends. You can see the post. That started it all here. There was such a great response when I opened it up to others that I thought we should do it every week! Kim - My Go Go Life. Sara - Sew Sweetness.
