When Mike's sister Suzy who organized the MS walk asked me if I had any ideas for the team shirt I quickly asked Mike for his thoughts. Without any hesitation he said an orange shirt (MS color) and a shamrock. He knows me well. Then Suzy along with siblings and family designed the shirts. I love them and thought they turned out perfect! Thank you for all the thought and love you put into everything dear family!

The best part is when you get to the rum infused blueberries in the bottom of the glass. I am just estimating the amounts. 1 shot light rum (we used Bacardi). Splash fresh lime juice. Couple fresh mint leaves. Small handful fresh blueberries. Garnish: lime slice, mint leaves. Matt liked his with more sugar than I did. Club Sub Sandwiches with Mom's Pizza Dough Recipe. Olive oil for bowl.

Aunt Helen's Zucchini Casserole. 6 to 8 servings (I usually double this). 4 med zucchini, sliced 1/2 inch thick. 3/4 c shredded carrot. 1/2 c chopped onion. 6 tbsp. butter. 2 1/4 c. herbed stuffing cubes. 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup. 1/2 c sour cream. Shan's Cheesy Creamed Onions.
