Thursday, July 18, 2013. 一、一天吃六到八餐，絕對不挨餓。少量多餐是不挨餓的黃金法則，只要是吃進肚裡的食物，都算要計入每餐的食量。三、禁食減肥法會導致復胖＆易胖體質！禁食減肥法會逐漸降低代謝速度，導致易胖體質，千萬不要讓自己的體質變成「不吃還變胖」！四、主食（碳水化合物）要在傍晚之前吃掉。碳水化合物是提供身體熱量的重要營養素，不過晚上攝取碳水化合物則會變成體脂肪，一定要注意！只要改變飲食順序就能改變營養素的吸收率，既然要瘦，就要聰明吃、聰明瘦！六、不吃白色食品（白米、砂糖、麵粉）。白色食品可說是「激肥素」，就像新種病毒一樣！七、不知該怎麼吃的時候，就吃彩色食材！八、重口味是引起過食的原因，飲食口味請務必清淡。九、睡前三小時，絕對不能進食！十、每週設定一天身心解放日，紓解壓力！過度忍耐會引發壓力，久而久之就會吃太多，請務必適度犒賞身心！ Posted by 樱花草 Primrose. Tuesday, September 9, 2014. 12290;。。 2 六月办了我人生中第一场recital，然后正式毕业。 3 七月头搬出住了三年的四舍，开始了在外租房的生活。七月十四号这天，是我人生中的另一个新的开始。从music的世界，转到audio的世界。不安是肯定的。原因是自己本身没有这方面的知识。再加上exemption of music related subjects，院长让我拿了两科semester 2的subjects.鸭梨。放弃master却倒回来读个diploma，也不知道是对的还是错误的决定。不过既然都来了，我告诉自己一定会读完它。可不想钱还没赚到还要因学业而负个十几万的。然后当教授。我不喜欢从事教育的工作。教一些些可以，不是全职的。 Links to this post. Thursday, October 11, 2012. 回想当初我是抱着一种怎样的心态去参加第一届海潮汇呢？当时的我才刚上中六，忽然有一天就接到通知关于《海潮汇》的吧？当时好像只有我一个人进了合唱团，朋友们都跑去当义工了。后来在吉隆坡的《海潮汇. 12299;，我的亲亲老友豆腐加入了我们的阵容。今年又迎来了《海潮汇. 12299;。那么？我是为了什么而参加呢？回想当初我只是喜欢唱歌吧！而且当时的我一心想要进军音乐系，觉得多参加这种类型的演出对我来说应当是有极大帮助的。的确，在《海潮汇》不但能够提升自己在音乐领域上的知识与认知，也让我有这种机缘去认识许多各种各样的人物。对此我确实很感谢张蔚乾老师把我带进来这儿。感谢《海潮汇》所带给我的一切。 12299;的点点滴滴。。。。。早上十点，我和风华姐从大学出发。下午两点再从太平佛教会与大伙儿一起出发到槟城三慧讲堂。放下行李，用餐之后开始练习。练到十点回到睡房，倒下。。。超有成就感的！！！！ Links to this post.
