Can be painted on any surface. Base bowl with Black. Stipple edge with Emerald Green and then when that is dry stipple over it with Tropic Bay Blue. Base the whole pot in with Putty, then over this paint in 2 coats of Cornsilk Yellow, let dry (this may take 2-4 coats). With the black transfer paper apply the pattern on the pots.
