Thursday, January 22, 2009. My Teaching Experience at Snow College! Ha ha ha yeah I know I about died! He handed me a big envelope with all the stuff in it for all four of the classes! Well it actually ended up not being too bad, but I never want to be a college professor.or a teacher. I thought teachers had it easy, but boy was I wrong. It's a hard job for sure! Mozzarella Grilled Pepper Salad. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped. 1/4 cup olive oil. 3 bell peppers (mixed colors). 1/2 pt grape tomatoes, quartered lengthwise. 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced. 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar. 1/2 large baguette, slived crosswise into 3/4" slices. 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed. 1/3 cup torn basil leaves. 4 Stir remaining garlic oil into the salad. Wednesday, November 16, 2011. Mini-series: Life in a Trailer Part 1. Many of you may know, for the last year Forrest and I lived in a 5th wheel trailer while he was in school. It was very tiny, but in a beautiful location in Southern California. The biggest reason we actually chose to live there was because it was roughly $1,000 cheaper. Tuesday, August 5, 2008. I graduated from high school on May 21, 2007 and it was a very exciting day. I cant wait to go to college and experience all the new things in life, but I think i might kinda miss this place! Mom, dad, grams, gramps, Holly and Forrest were there to support me, and although the rest of the fam couldn't be there i know they would have been if it was possible. I know it doesn't look like it.but i really was happy:). We're going to have a blast! What can i say? I kinda like the kid!

Wednesday, September 12, 2012. No, the blog isn't dead (at least quite yet). And it's not that our summer didn't hold any blog-worthy events, either. Actually, it was quite the opposite - we had an amazing summer! And as summer always is in Oregon, it was also too short. In a nutshell, here's how we spent our summer:. We spent many evenings swimming in a friend's lake. We went to Enchanted Forest. Elliot and Rhett braved the Haunted House. We swam (and fell) in(to) rivers. We went to baseball games.
