I remembered seeing these darling cupcakes in a family fun magazine quite a few years back. So, thanks to google, I was able to pull up some images and came across one that was most like that in my memory. The first counselor and I got together and decorated them. Saturday, January 10, 2015. Can't catch me, I'm the gingerbread-Mom. The Christmas season is one that hits most moms on the head with quite a pressure she didn't expect. I learned a few years ago to make things a lot simpler (as I recently shared) by eliminating things that cause unnecessary stress. The wonderful thing about the stress free holiday mentality is that this was after Christmas, so the candy was 50% off. Next year I'll have to hold out another week for the 75% off sale. ;).
