Sunday, April 25, 2010. 鼎邊糊係砂勞越既其中一種比較特別既麵食. 其實好早之前已經好想嚐嚐呢個名稱咁特別既麵食, 奈何美里賣鼎邊糊既檔口都係好早就收檔既. 所以, 我呢種瞓到太陽曬到屁股先起床既人(因為我要等埋我既仔仔醒先會一起步出房間. 哈哈哈! 我既仔神咁早就爬起身, 俾他飲完奶後見他經已無咩睡意, 就快快脆幫他換好衣服然後同我老公大大聲講: 我今日要去吃鼎邊糊! 我一直都好期待可以吃到鼎邊糊, 皆因聽人講得多, 鼎邊糊點正點好吃. 所以, 當日我既心情係幾咁難以形容! 等啊等, 等啊等, 終於一碗熱辣辣既鼎邊糊放在我面前啦! 首先當然係幫它影返張靚相先啦, 然後就, 我唔客氣咯! 吃後既感覺係: 都算OK既, 味道比較淡點, 可能我個人口味比較重. 個人認為, 鼎邊糊有少少似KL既麵粉茶果. 但卻係比較薄, 比較滑既麵粉茶果. :) 老公講, 鼎邊糊出名並唔係因為它特別好吃, 係因為它既煮法夠特別. 可惜, 我無勇氣站到賣鼎邊糊既檔口前幫他影"特輯". 所以, 我唯有做下仙家, 簡介一下鼎邊糊既做法:. Ok, 在還沒開始之前，小弟要先說說這一篇. . . 其實百分之百是個炫耀文。。。 :p. 炫耀什麼？就是炫耀小弟那台老哈蘇囉。。。Hasselblad 500cm! 一直都說哈蘇蔡頭的威力真得有夠勁，單單那顆入門鏡頭Zeiss Planar 80mm的光學素質都殺掉很多的xxx牌鏡頭了。老實說，趁現在這一組500系列 80mm f/2.8配備的二手市場價格都相當"划算"，所以目前也是入手的好時機。好了，廢話不多說。。。。貼一些去年所拍的大寶森節給大家看看，Kodak 400VC負片的色調真的很美呢。用哈蘇，樂趣無窮啦！ :p. And might I just add, it was not too difficult.especially since I took a class called Photoshop for Lettering Artists, which I found on the Besotted. Blog I can't tell you the hours I spent on YouTube, trying to figure out how to get my lettering into Photoshop and do something with it, but with this class, which is only about 30 minutes long, I was able to do it with ease.
