Did my first century cycle ride at the weekend in the 101 mile Wiggle New Forest cycle sportive. Here’s what went through my mind:. 0 miles. Having to meet a Doctor in a hospital on a ski trip is usually bad news. Thankfully, he was a really nice chap and also confirmed that my ankle wasn't really broken…. Despite feeling like it when I wiped out on my snowboard the day before. 1 puncture from skipole tip. 1 knee sliced open to bone from ski edge. 1 damaged knee tendon.

After last weeks light air racing we got a lot of bar chatter about headstay sag and main shape in light air, a few notes below. Headstay sag is determined mostly by your headstay length, but is also affected by backstay and mainsheet tension. Headstay sag is nice for 2 reasons in light air:. How much sag is right?
