I'm sharing one of the easiest meals ever:. 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 8 oz cream cheese. I used green chile salsa}. 1, 15 oz can black beans. 12 oz chopped onions. I used a bag of the "works-already-done-for-you" frozen onions! 1, 15 oz can whole kernel corn. Dash of ancho chile powder. Dash of chipotle chile powder. Seriously, i loved how easy this was!
