                                        Eagle Eye Academy and Homestead. 200cc Milk or Water at room temp. 4 TBSP Maple Syrup or pancake syrup. 3 1/2 cups bread flour. 1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast. Spray with water again before baking. Bake in a preheated oven (350) for 12-18 minutes-until lightly browned (this will depend on your roll size). 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour. 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice. 1 tsp baking soda. 1 cup canned or cooked pumpkin. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 2 cups finely chopped peeled apples.
