This time last year, my family and I took a trip to a nearby nature reserve, and were lucky enough to see a very rare, and beautiful species of butterfly – the Swallowtail. It was a humid, slightly overcast day, and the lighting was lovely and soft. A nearby field offered a few photographic opportunities also. My Life Photography Fashion Food. I do love having a window that overlooks the street. I feel like I can see the whole world from my desk chair. I can see elements of suburbia, with the street lights and triangle rooved houses, in rows one after the other. The criss-cross of cable wires that water droplets run down in rainy weather. Even on a clear night, there's so much light pollution bouncing back from the humidity and dust in the air that the whole sky takes on the pinky-orange glow of high-pressure sodium.
