http://eatitandweep.blogspot.com/2008/07/cheese-slaw.html
Eat It And Weep. Sharing food that's so good it'll bring tears to your eyes. Thursday, July 24, 2008. 1 lb Swiss cheese, grated. 1 onion, finely grated 1 small sweet red pepper and/or green pepper, chopped (I shred mine). Mayonnaise, enough to moisten. Jalapeno pepper, without salmonella, chopped (Optional, this makes it "hot"). This is a hit at parties and summer shin-digs. Sounds good, i may try this this weekend. July 24, 2008 at 4:25 PM. Why didn't you include my genius idea of using Greek yogurt?
