This savoury snack is regularly made in Palakkad Iyer households during Navrathri season as a neivedyam (offering to the diety). Ammini Kozhukattai Ingredients -. Rice Flour - 1 cup. Water - 2 cups. Minced fresh coconut - 1/2 cup. Oil - 1 teaspoon. Salt - 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoons, according to taste. Oil - 1/2 tablespoon.

I decided to create an on-line version of a traditional family cookbook. Bon Appetit. Friday, November 29, 2013. Beef and Barley Soup. Enjoy a bowl of steaming soup on a cold winters day :). 1/3 lb ground beef. 1 small onion, diced. 2 small carrots, diced. 1 celery stalk, diced. 2 garlic cloves, minced or grated. 1/2 of a 540ml tin chopped tomatoes (I use aylmer accents). I put the rest in a freezer container and use the next time I make this soup. 1/3 cup of pearl barley, rinsed. Salt and pepper to taste.

I've been riding the wave of leftovers from Friendsgiving almost two weeks ago and am looking forward to later today when I can spend the holiday with some new friends. I've already tried some pumpkin pie . I made it last night and had some extra filling, so what's an extra little pie for breakfast? Most thankful for this year?
