Enjoy a bowl of steaming soup on a cold winters day :). 1/3 lb ground beef. 1 small onion, diced. 2 small carrots, diced. 1 celery stalk, diced. 2 garlic cloves, minced or grated. 1/2 of a 540ml tin chopped tomatoes (I use aylmer accents). I put the rest in a freezer container and use the next time I make this soup. 1/3 cup of pearl barley, rinsed. Salt and pepper to taste.
