All you need for this protein packed meal is a ripe avocado, black pepper, lime juice, 1 can of tuna. Dump the following ingredients into a 2 cup mixing bowl:. 1 teaspoon of lime juice. 1 pinch of black pepper. 1 6 oz. can of tuna. Smash the ingredients together until well blended.
