Trying to keep in mind to eat things in moderation is sometimes a huge catch 22. No, no addiction. I could stop. (Wow, I even sound like an addict). 1 1/2 tablespoons butter. 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped. 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped. 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules. 1 tablespoon hot water. 2 1/2 cups sugar.
