Monday, July 6, 2015. Betty Boop- Dance Recital. Sophie's Dance Recital was at the Grand Ole Opry in Galveston. So we decided to take advantage and do a quick "staycation" at the San Luis. Our friends the Machowicz joined us on the staycation and we had a blast! Playing in the pool. This year mamma had to do Sophie's hair and makeup, it is the first year Aunt Nana didn't do it. Poor little Conrad was sick. But I think I did a pretty good job. Bestie's Avery, Valyn and Lexi lou. Lazy days with Papa Jack.

Sunday, December 28, 2014. Lake Travis Weekend Getaway. Charlie's Angels. almost. Santa Claus is coming back to town, we had to get ready and put out our reindeer food so they would know where to stop. Santa came, looks like Sophie was really good this year.
