Mitigating the effects of childhood poverty on AIDS-related orphans and vulnerable children. Physical Health and HIV-AIDS Program. Sinethemba means 'We have hope. Sinethemba Trust seeks to bring hope to the lives of orphans living in conditions of childhood poverty. It was established under the Dominican order in 2002.
