這裡是將我對新加坡觀感及有趣事物跟大家分享的地方。 This is a place for sharing funs and my perception of Singapore. 新加坡跟香港公立醫療系統比較，各有優劣。從我太太的治病過程，遂一分析。（二）. 二零一一年太太經介紹認識了一位朋友，幾年前她在香港跑馬地一所醫院接受了私家執業腦神經外科醫生的同類手術。她在第三天發現自己單邊永久失聰，非常無奈。雖然她花了五萬新元，但也不能減去手術風險。 香港屯門醫院的腦科醫生，在今年初也勸我太太考慮接受手術，但這時的腦科醫生告訴她風險是十八巴仙，比十年前他們估計的十二巴仙，跳升了六巴仙。差不多每五位接受手術的病人，便有一位遇上嚴重的并發症。這時（二零一二年二月） NNI 的黃醫生告訴我太太手術風險減至三巴仙。在香港屯門醫院接受這手術比在新加坡 NNI 高六倍。 話說回頭，打從我太太住進私家病房開始，收費便提升為私家醫生個案。再不能享有政府任何醫療津貼，甚至日後到 NNI 覆診之診症費、藥費和化驗所收費也要付全費。 出院後回 N...在香港入住政府醫院都劃一收費，一般市民根本無緣入住二等或私家病房...
