Saturday, September 12, 2009. Luke and Maquel pose for some pre-game pics, followed by some fun games. Maquel with her buddy, Lexie. Both are #2, to their delight! Luke's team played first, gave it their all, but lost 2-1. Maquel's team "Dippin Dots" won their game 12-3, but we aren't supposed to keep score. Maquel scored a game best, 5 goals. Sunday, March 29, 2009. Take Me Out to the Ball Game! Bailey, Lexi, and Maquel. Uuh, Mommy the bottle's stuck". Luke's team, the "Thunder", played their first game, as well. They started off slow, but by the end of the game, they were looking great. Luke played pitcher (not pitching, he's still playing coach pitch) position for most of the game. He surprised us by catching a line drive for an "out." They didn't win their first game, but there is still a whole season ahead of them. Sunday, March 15, 2009.

Wednesday, May 28, 2008. We celebrated Maq's birthday last Monday. She and her brother and cousins, Bridgett and Kaitlin, bounced their hearts out at Bounceopolis. Boy, were they wiped when they got home! Of course, that didn't stop them from eating the great cake that my mom made. Sunday, October 26, 2008. NEW PICTURES NOW HERE! They're in. Luke and Maq both played games yesterday, and both played goalie. Although Maq's age group doesn't have goalies, she planted herself in front of the goal and kicked out multiple shots. Saturday, August 9, 2008. Luke Starts 2nd Grade- August 7 2008. Today Luke began school-WOW, its starting earlier and earlier! He was a little intimidated by the big new school, but he made it through. He met up with an old friend Seth, and had someone to eat with at lunch. The beginning of the school year signals "SOCCER" and THAT is what Luke is really looking forward to. Maquel starts, also. So our family weekends are going to be booked for the soccer field. Tuesday, June 2, 2009. Maquel's Birthday Tea Party. Last weekend, was Maquel's 5th birthday. She had her friend, Lexi, and her cousins, Bridgett, Kaitlin and Kaleigh over for a tea party. The girls played dress-up with pretty skirts, jewelry and hats, and ate mini sandwiches and deserts on Maq's tea set. The party went superbly, and fun was had by all. Thursday, April 23, 2009. Easter at Home and Grandma's. The Easter Bunny Has Arrived. After looking for eggs and baskets on Easter morning, we were off to Grandma's for a fabulous Easter Dinner. Maquel and Luke played all afternoon with their cousins, Kaitlin and Kaleigh. Grandma's garden was in full bloom, perfect for some great pictures! No "Sugar rush" Here! Thursday, April 16, 2009. Luke's 8th Birthday At SpecOps. Luke's celebrated his 8th birthday last Saturday, at SpecOps laser tag. It's HOT HOT HOT.
