It's always a good time to shimmy. Wednesday, January 1, 2014. So here we are. The first day of a shining new year. 2013 was a pretty rad year. It was filled with friends, family, accomplishments, and general happiness. I will be sad to see it go, but there's nothing like a new year to give you that clean slate feeling. I haven't made a "resolution" in years. How many times have I resolved to weigh xxx lbs by June, then felt like a total slug because I didn't get there? Resolve to blog more often.

I had one really kick ass day. Like hard core. Kick ass. More kick ass than all my previous kick ass days. I was on FIYAH (so were my legs, but that's beside the point).
