Saturday, August 9, 2008. I know, long time since I've been on here. Did box aerobics this morning, then ran for 15 minutes on the treadmill, and finished up on upper body with free weights. Shoulders, triceps, biceps, and chest. I can tell aerobics has had a good effect on my upper body strength. Yay! Lots of baby carrots. A few bites of Ryan's Blizzard that he brought home (he and Chris went to Friendly's while I was at WW). Thursday, July 24, 2008. I lost another pound. I'm at 172. Peice of a ham slice.

Thursday, July 24, 2008. I lost another pound. I'm at 172. I've got the munchies and trying to show some restraint. My usual breakfast(toast and coffee). A small cup of sweet potatoes. Peice of a ham slice. Corn on the cob. The potatoe was suppose to be for tonight but I decided to bake it this morning then reheat it tonight.Iforgot to take it out of the oven so it cooked from 7:15 to 2:30! I decided to scoop out what was left and eat it. YUMMY! I also has a couple of handfuls of almond slices.

Wednesday, July 16, 2008. 1/2 T flax oil (60c/7g fat). Trader Joe's "Green Mix" (powdery mix that tastes like a stinky trash bin) (30c/2g fiber). 450c/20.5g fat/4.5g fiber. Wednesday, July 16, 2008. Just got back from our walk. It's still kind of warm out there. Made the kiwi-tini. VERY GOOD. Here is the recipe:. 1 tub crystal light strawberry kiwi flavor(I couldn't find that flavor so I used Kroger brand strawberry, orange, banana mix). 6 cups of water. 3 c frozen strawberries. 1 c diet ginger ale. Put half into blender and mix. Garnish with kiwi and strawberries. Then do the other half. I actually only made 1/2 of recipe and split it with Paul. 25 cals each.

Wednesday, January 30, 2008. Food today so far. Bite of ryan's hot dog. Bowl of brown rice with spoonful of butter. Total so far: 670c/18.5g fat/37.5g fiber. Tuesday, January 29, 2008. So I was wondering if either of you had any goals in mind and dates to achieve? Breakfast: fiberone, oats, and soymilk. Midmorning snack: rest of Ryan's bag of Kix. Afternoon snack: wheat bun. Total damage. 1110 calories, 46.5 g fat, and 48 g fiber. So I'm in the same boat as yesterday at this time. Grrrr! Such a bad thing...
