Ugh, I just want to hit that 20 lb mark! So, now I’m behind on p90x so I was thinking about going back and doing week 3 again to start fresh. Then, a conversation with some high school friends on face.book changed my mind. At the same time, a friend at work is trying to convince me to do a sprint triathlon in my town in September.

Down 4.2 lbs. I think it would have probably been about 3 lbs more if I didn’t go to a dinner party the night before and have homemade manicotti (how can one turn that down? And some monkey balls (aka monkey bread). But I am happy that I’ve lost some weight. Only 45.8 more lbs to go! Quaker Crunchy Corn Bran cereal.

Was easier on me the time flew.until crunches and I could feel Fridays work out was still alive and kicking.my knee still isn't excited about my weight bouncing around on it but it is getting more and more compliant! Sweating is good and I feel like I am really working it every time it pours! Come on day 6 I am. Gunna kick your butt! Just use it to manage inflammation when you need it.
